Holiday special - Originally $11.95 per pound, on sale until December 16th for $9.95 per pound. The traditional seasonal baccala - Jumbo boneless salted dried cod. Great in Baccala salad. Delicioso. Each filet is about 2 1/2 pounds. Original price is $11.95 per pound, $29.85 per filet, now $24.89 per filet. Baccala must be soaked in the refrigerator for a minimum of 48 hours in 3 gallons of very cold water, changing the water at least twice a day, before a dish is started.
