Modena Balsamic Vinegar by Fundo Montebello is a natural product, with no added flavoring or coloring agents or thickeners using the century-old traditional recipe, in a modern, certified quality structure located in the hills of the Apennine Modena. Equipped with leading-edge bottling lines and a perfectly-fitted internal laboratory to guarantee a consistent quality product.

The balsamic is made from alcoholic and acetic fermentation of cooked Trebbiano grapes and musts, adding aged vinegar, using traditional technology. Acetification and refining are then carried out in wooden casks whose traits are passed on to the vinegar via a natural decanting process.

Color: Dense, Bright, Dark Brown.

Density: Considerably averagely thick and syrupy.

Scent: A refined and well blended bouquet, sweet-smelling with a pleasant and harmonious acidity.

Taste: Featuring a unique sweet-and-sour taste, its precious scent is influenced by the various types of woods used for the vinegar-brewing vases.

Recommendation: The product can be used to add flavor to mayonnaise, sauces, dips and so on but also as an additional flavoring for cooked meats or seafood salads or in any case to add prestigious cuisine to flavorful dishes.
