Shipping and Return Policy
We make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. (excluding holidays and weekends) All orders are shipped USPS. (US Postal System) You can chose from Parcel Post, Priority or Express. You can get an estimated arrival date and amount by going to the USPS postage Calculator. All shipping is calculated using the USPS official application programming interface, using the Postal systems database to calculate postage. Please keep in mind that Parcel Post shipping which is usually the most cost effective, can take from 2 to 8 days depending on your location.
Doma Importing Company guarantees the quality of its products. To receive a refund, please send the unused portion of the product with an explanation and we will refund the purchase or replace the product at our digression upon receipt.
